INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION: MASTER YOUR STATE OF MIND
This course serves as an introduction to meditation designed for beginners. Raja Yoga, often referred to as ‘yoga for the mind,’ aids in channeling thought energy towards creating and sustaining feelings of peace, love, and happiness.
In this course, you will:

Registration is required, and there is no charge for participation. For maximum benefit, please ensure you join on time and attend all sessions, as each class builds upon the previous one.
In-person courses can be arranged on request in English, Hindi and Punjabi language.
